HOTEL SAMRAT, Jabalpur – A Smart Stay in the City

I had a pleasant stay at Samrat Hotel for two nights. The rooms were good, and the variety of food offered was impressive. However, the service could use some improvement, especially in terms of staff professionalism and the strange practice of requesting guest signatures after breakfast. Overall, it's a solid hotel choice with great amenities if you're okay with a few service hiccups.

My stay was quite a letdown overall. The hotel felt more like a detainment center with the awkward photo check-in, and the room was small with no window, which made it feel stuffy. The lack of a restaurant was disappointing, and my room service meal was lackluster. However, the staff was friendly and responsive when I had a noise complaint, which was a saving grace.

My stay at Hotel Samrat was truly excellent. The service stood out, with caring staff who went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, making for a very comfortable experience. I particularly enjoyed the dining options, especially the snacks at the Snacker counter. One minor downside was not having a 24-hour kitchen, but the meals they provided were delicious. Overall, I felt it delivered great value for money.
